Norwich International Airport is a twenty minute drive away from Norwich City Centre.
It has one main runway and one airport terminal. BMI , Logan air and Flybe and KLM provide flights to Edinburgh, Manchester, Guernsey, Jersey and Amsterdam.
Tour operators Thomson, First Choice, Thomas Cook and Classic Collection. passengers can fly to Turkey, Bulgaria, Corfu, Tunisia and Majorca to name some of the destinations available.
The airport terminal has a WH Smiths’s before check in where books, magazines, lottery tickets, sweets and drinks can be bought. There is also a currency exchange facility available daily along with exchanging foreign currency travelers can also buy travellers cheques, mobile phone top up cards and international phone cards .
Once through the usual airport checks there is a Cafe oasis, Costa coffee and bar to buy freshly prepared food and drinks. There is also a Duty Free shop with a good selection of wine, spirits, perfumes, cosmetics and tobacco products. Passengers can access the airports Wi-Fi Wireless Internet using a code.
If peace and quiet is required there is an executive lounge which passengers can use if they purchase a ticket. The executive lounge offers complimentary tea and coffee, Broadband, internet and email access and newspapers , children under the age of 12 are not allowed in the lounge.
Please be aware that all passengers departing from Norwich International airport are required to pay a development fee of £10. Passengers will need a valid ADF ticket to enter the departure lounge. Children between 0- 15 years don’t have to pay the fee.
