What to expect

When you arrive at Terminal Car Park 1

Follow the signs for the Terminal Car Park 1 and on your arrival take a ticket from the entry barrier. Drive in and park into the nearest available space and walk to check-in, which takes less than 5 minutes.

On your return to Luton

Walk back to your car and make your way to the exit barrier. Insert the ticket into the machine and the barrier will lift automatically. If you have any problems press the intercom button for assistance and have your booking reference to hand so one of the team can help you.

Most standard cars will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.1m entry barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period of 1 hour at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £64 per day. This is subject to change. The car park isn't taking cash so you'll need to pay by card.

- Go via the A505 dual carriageway through Hitchin and follow the signs to the airport.

Directions from the M40/M25/M1:
- Join the M1 and exit at Junction 10.

From these points follow signs to the airport. Once you are on the airport grounds the Terminal Car Park 1 will be signposted.
