What to expect

When you arrive at Smart Meet and Greet

Call the car park on 07957667590 40 minutes before you arrive at the Terminal car park 1, Level 3 Meet and Greet parking area. You'll be met by a driver from Swift, who will show you ID and paperwork for your car which will have to be checked and signed by yourself. The car will then be taken to their secured compound so you can walk to check-in. Please be aware that the Terminal car park 1 has a height restriction of 2.1 metres.

On your return to Luton

On your return please call 07957667590 when you arrive in the baggage hall, this will give the car park plenty of time to ensure your car is waiting for you at the collection point inside the Terminal car park 1, Level 3.

Please note if you come back any later than planned, you'll need to pay your driver for the extra time when you get back. The car park will cover your exit fees for up to 15 minutes. If the driver has to wait longer than 15 minutes you will need to pay £7 to exit the car park, and this will continue to increase the longer the driver has to wait. It's just how much the airport charge.

Luton Airport are undergoing a significant redevelopment to the terminal building and concourse and as a result there may be a delay accessing the airport, especially during peak times. Please allow extra time for your driver to meet you.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION – Due to the ongoing redevelopment works at Luton airport, travel around the airport may take longer than normal. We'd recommend you allow an extra hour to get to the airport particularly at peak times.
Peak travel times for Luton airport are all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday and between 4am and 9am, 1pm and 3pm and 5pm and 7pm on other days. The car park has a height restriction of 2.1 metres.

    Because of the current airport refurbishment, the ground around the car park is uneven, so this may not be the best option for customers with mobility issues. If you do choose to book, call the car park in advance on 07957667590 and they will try to allocate you the closest space available.

    Smart's car park has been awarded the Park Mark security award. It's patrolled by security staff 24 hours a day and CCTV is in use, along with entry and exit barriers, a fence and floodlighting.
