When you arrive at Short Term
At the entry barrier, press the button for a ticket. Then just drive in and park.

On your return to Luton
Walk back to the car park and collect your car. Drive to the barrier and put your ticket in the slot; the barrier will lift. If it doesn't, press the intercom and speak to a member of staff.
Important Information
If you're delayed picking your car up, you'll need to pay for the extra parking at the car park's normal rate (which is more expensive than the price you pay when you book with us). If you come back early, unfortunately we can't give you a refund for the time you've not used.
