When you arrive at Imagine Outdoor
Drive to the reception unit with your booking reference. Check that your dates/times and car details are all correct on your booking form then sign and hand over your keys to the member of staff at reception.
You can then either choose to take the four minute walk to the terminal building or hop on the shuttle bus that costs £3 per booking (max 8 passengers) per journey.

On your return to Liverpool
When you return collect your luggage, and if you need the shuttle bus service (again there is £3 charge per car) ring the pick up number 07817549010 to let the team know you're ready for collection and you'll be taken back to the reception where your car will be waiting.

Important Information
The airport charges £3 to leave the car park drop off area, so make sure you have some change handy.
The car park offers a grace period until midnight on the date you have booked, at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £7.50 per day. This is subject to change. If you pick your car up early, we can't give you a refund.
Don't forget to print your booking confirmation and take it with you as the car park will need to see this when you arrive.

- What about any accessibility requirements?For disabled customers one of the car park team can drive you to the airport in your own car at an additional cost. You'll need to call the car park team to arrange this before you arrive and pay £5 on the day.

- What security measures are in place?While you're away, your car will be stored in a secured car park that is manned at all times and has CCTV in use. Staff patrol the car park regularly with guard dogs. The car park has been awarded with the Park Mark safety certification by the police. Comprehensive insurance for movement of vehicles. You park at your own risk.

- Leave the M62 at junction 6, which is also junction 1 of the M57.
- At the roundabout, take the exit for the A5300 Knowley Expressway, following signs for the airport.
- After 2 miles, take the second exit at the roundabout for Speke Road, again towards the airport.
- After 3 miles, turn left onto Speke Hall Avenue.
- Continue towards the Airport until you reach the Airport roundabout (this being the second roundabout at the Airport itself).
- Go full circle around the roundabout so you are now on the opposite side of the dual carriage way.
- Continue forward for about 200 metres until you see a red post box. Take a left here and Imagine car park is on your right hand side.
