- As you leave the arrivals hall, you will see Costa Coffee.
- With Costa in front of you, turn to your left and head towards the end of the terminal.
- Pass the shops on your left, keep walking until you pass Café Nero and a set of lifts on your right.
- Turn right immediately after these and exit through the front door of the terminal.
- As soon as you exit the door of the terminal you will see in front of you a set of stairs to the left and lifts to the right.
- Take the lifts to level 4. As you exit the lifts you will emerge by the payment machines directly next to rows R and S.

During extremely busy periods, there may be a wait of up to 45 minutes for your car.

Important Information

In August 2023, London's Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ) expanded to include all terminals at Heathrow Airport. This is part of an initiative to help tackle air pollution.

If your vehicle doesn't meet ULEZ standards, you'll need to pay the daily ULEZ charge when driving through Heathrow – make sure you check before you travel.

To find out more, take a look at our dedicated ULEZ page.

If you arrive between before midnight and 4am, you will be charged the car parks standard rate of £25. This is subject to change.

Let MBW know as soon as possible for any time changes. There may be delays if the time changes within 24 hours of the original booking start time.

During bank holidays, there may be some changes in how the parking works. MBW will tell you if it affects you.

Most standard cars will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.1m entry barrier. If your vehicle is over 2.1m high and 5m long it can still be collected but you'll need to pay extra and let MBW know at least 24 hours before you arrive.

Heathrow is in the low emissions zone, please make sure your car falls within the regulations.

There are four 7kW and eight 13A plugin spaces. The car park also has six has 22kW fast charging electric charging points, which are £20 for customers to use. The car park can't guarantee the availability of the charging points and you'll need to bring your own cable and plug.

Your car will be parked in a secured off-site compound within an 11-mile round trip from the drop-off point.

Help us go green! There's no need to print out your booking confirmation, show it on your mobile device.

Returning to a different terminal? Terminals 2, 3 or 5 only. Don't worry. Let the car park know when you arrive and your car will be brought back to another terminal.

Returning to Terminal 4? Let the car park know when you arrive and your car will be brought back to you at T4 for £15. During extremely busy periods, there may be a wait of up to 45 minutes for your car.
