When you arrive at MBW Meet and Greet T2
Call MBW on 020 8759 5252 when you're around 30 minutes away from the terminal – they'll let you know when your driver will be available. Charges may apply if you don't call ahead.
Take a photo of your vehicle at the drop-off area. Damage claims won't be accepted without evidence, and MBW staff will only carry out a cursory exterior check. MBW Terms & Conditions apply.
Once you've removed your luggage and valuables from your vehicle, head to the MBW desk by the lift lobby. You'll be met by the Handover Captain, who'll be wearing an MBW uniform (orange and black high-vis jackets & company ID).
Hand over your keys and car park ticket to the Captain when completing and signing your paperwork.
From there, walk to the terminal while your MBW driver parks your car for you in a secure, off-site car park.

- As you exit arrivals into the terminal plaza, turn left and walk towards the UK arrivals end of the terminal.
- Nearing the end of the plaza, turn right and exit the terminal through the main door, then cross the bridge in front of you. Take the left-hand lift and go up to Level 4.
- The Handover Captain will meet you at the MBW desk and validate your parking ticket for your exit.

Important Information
In August 2023, London's Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ) expanded to include all terminals at Heathrow Airport. This is part of an initiative to help tackle air pollution.
If your vehicle doesn't meet ULEZ standards, you'll need to pay the daily ULEZ charge when driving through Heathrow – make sure you check before you travel.
To find out more, take a look at our dedicated ULEZ page.
During bank holidays, there may be some changes in how the parking works. MBW will tell you if it affects you.
Most standard cars will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.1m entry barrier. If your vehicle is over 2.1m high and 5m long it can still be collected but you'll need to pay extra and you'll need to let MBW know at least 24 hours before you arrive.
Heathrow is in the low emissions zone, please make sure your car falls within the regulations.
There are four 7kW and eight 13A plugin spaces. The car park also has six has 22kW fast charging electric charging points, which are £20 for customers to use. The car park can't guarantee the availability of the charging points and you'll need to bring your own cable and plug.
Returning to a different terminal? Terminals 2, 3 or 5 only. Don't worry. Let the car park know when you arrive and your car will be brought back to another terminal.
Returning to Terminal 4? Let the car park know when you arrive and your car will be brought back to you at T4 for £15.
Early or late? If you arrive between midnight and 4am, you‘ll be charged £25, you may also need to pay an hourly rate and in some cases, may have to collect your car directly from MBW. This is subject to change.
Although MBW is committed to making sure your vehicle is collected and returned at your booked times, allow up to 45 minutes extra.
Make sure you allow enough time before your flight to meet the team at the Short Stay car park so they can photograph your vehicle.
MBW does not accept responsibility for events beyond its control, or any resulting delays or extra expenses from these. This includes, but is not limited to, traffic jams, early flight arrivals or delays, flight cancellations, security checks, bad weather or acts of nature.
Let MBW know as soon as possible for any time changes. There may be delays if the time changes within 24 hours of the original booking start time. If you make any changes with less than two hours' notice that's over 45 minutes, there's a £25 charge, plus any Short Stay car park charges. MBW has the right to refuse vehicle collection or delivery without warning.
