Restaurants
The unique Vivre restaurant offers a live cookery experience, where your meal is prepared right in front of you. There are five interactive "theatres": Deli, Hot Wok, Grill, Forno and Sweets, with a la carte live cooking in the evening. Can't choose? Vivre offers a set menu for £24.50 for two courses or £28.50 for three. The restaurant opens from 6 to 10pm.
On the other hand, you could opt for traditional, fine French cuisine at La Belle Epoque. Enjoy stunning, skyline views or dine in the heart of the kitchen at the Chef's Table. You could start with scallops in a thai-scented pumpkin puree and caramelised cassava root or a carpaccio of turbot with truffled, scrambled quail eggs, then follow with smoked Guinea fowl in jasmine tea with byaldi and truffled gnocchi or pork belly filled with black olive and shiitake mushrooms, pearl barley risotto and a Calvados jus. On the other hand, you could go for the set, four-course menu for just £24.95. The restaurant serves lunch and dinner on weekdays, but just dinner on Saturday and is closed on Sundays.
The Vivre restaurant serves a hot buffet for breakfast.
For a lighter option, try the hotel's Tea Salon, serving nibbles and light lunches along with a selection of exotic teas.
The hotel also has two bars, the casual Sphere sports and cocktail bar, and the more-formal Library bar.
