When you arrival at Renaissance Standard Room
The earliest check-in time is 3pm. You'll need to show ID when you check in at the hotel.
Here are the directions to the hotel:
Leave the M4 at junction 4 and follow signs for Heathrow, then for terminal 4 / other areas along the airport access road. Take the second exit off the next roundabout, signposted Other Areas. At the next roundabout, the Nene Road roundabout, take the second exit, signposted Customs House and Renaissance Hotel.

By public transport:
You can catch the Heathrow Hoppa bus from the hotel to the airport and back - it runs regularly during the airport's opening hours.

You can catch the Hoppa from the hotel to the airport. The bus runs between 4am and midnight to terminals 2, 3 and 5 and takes around 15 minutes. You can plan your journey here before you travel or ask the hotel when you arrive.
If you're travelling from T4 you'll need to catch the Hoppa to T2 and then the free Heathrow Express. The journey takes over an hour, so we recommend catching a taxi instead which costs around £15.

Overnight parking at the Renaissance costs £10. You'll need to pay the hotel directly. The car park is protected by CCTV and regularly patrolled.

Apart from family rooms, all other bedrooms with a double bed take a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child under 12 years old. Extra beds are free for under 12's.

- What about any accessibility requirements?The hotel has 10 rooms which have been adapted for disabled guests, though these only take a maximum of 2 people. These rooms have a roll-in shower with a seat, grab rails and an emergency cord. They are all on the ground floor, but the hotel lifts can accommodate wheelchairs. There is a visible fire alarm for guests with hearing difficulties.
Guest directories and room service menus can be supplied in Braille, and all rooms have the number on the door in Braille.
Guide dogs and other service animals are welcome. - What facilities are available?Free wifi, health club with a 24-hour gym and changing facilities, coffee shop, restaurant and bar.
