When you arrive at Holiday Extras Meet and Greet South
If you need any help finding your meeting point give the car park a call on 01293 652 299 and select option 1.
On your return to Gatwick
Give the car park a call on 01293 300 730 once you have your luggage.
Directions:
Exit the terminal building and follow signs for the 'Short Stay Car Parks' (Orange Car Park 3). Your vehicle will be returned to Short Stay Orange Car Park – level 1- ready for you to drive home.

Important Information
When you are 15 minutes away from the terminal call Holiday Extras Meet and Greet on 01293 652 299 and select option 1 to let them know that you're nearby so that a driver can be dispatched to meet you.
It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle's road tax is valid, it holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, Holiday Extras Meet and Greet won't be able to drive it to the car park, and you also won't be able to get a refund.
Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles/no more than 7 seats) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2m entry barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).
If you have a specially adapted vehicle this will need to be checked with the car park. To see if Holiday Extras Meet and Greet can take your vehicle, call 0800 093 5478.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up to midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £10 per day. This is subject to change. Don't forget to print your booking confirmation and take it with you as the car park will need to see this when you arrive.

If your vehicle is taller than 1.80m please inform the car park when you call and they will meet you in an alternative area outside the car park. - What security measures are in place?While you're away, your car will be stored in a secured car park. All have been awarded the police Park Mark award, the Trading Standards Authority's Buy With Confidence award and are approved by Gatwick airport. All of the car parks are surrounded by a fence and are either manned 24 hours, have CCTV in use, or have dedicated 24 hour security patrols.
