When you arrive at Cophall Parking - all terminals
Once you've parked, head to the car park reception with your booking confirmation and keys. Your car will be parked for you by a member of the Cophall team and your keys will be kept by the car park for the duration of your stay.
Then just hop on the minibus to the terminal - buses have steps and no wheelchair ramps. It runs every 15 to 20 minutes, takes 15 minutes and is included in the price.

On your return to Gatwick
Once you've collected your luggage and cleared customs, give the car park a call and a minibus will come and collect you from the same place you were dropped off. When you get back to the car park, just head to the reception to collect your keys and make your way home.

Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommended check-in time.
Cophall can transport bikes, surfboards, skis, golf clubs and other similar-sized equipment on request.
Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they are no more than 4.6m long.
The minibuses do not have a wheelchair ramp. The rest of the parking facility is wheelchair accessible.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up to midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day. This is subject to change.

Travelling via M23:
- Leave the M23 at Junction 10, signposted to Crawley.
- Take the first exit sign posted to East Grinstead.
- Go straight over at the first roundabout and straight over at the second, and continue for approximately one and a half miles.

- Follow this road all the way until the roundabout where you turn right onto the B2037.
- After approximately a quarter of a mile you will pass the Curious Pig pub on your left; Cophall Parking is the first turning on your right.
