When you arrive at Long Stay 2 Park and Ride
Drive up to the entry barrier and wait for the machine to read your number plate – this can take up to a minute. The barrier will open, so you can drive in and park.
If nothing happens, press the button marked 'assistance' so you can speak to the parking team through the intercom. They'll ask you to confirm your details. Don't insert your credit or debit card into the barrier at any point or you'll be charged again for your parking. Also, don't press the ticket button, as this will stop you from entering the car park.
Once you're through the barrier, find a space and keep hold of your keys. From there, just catch the shuttle bus to the terminal. It runs every 10 minutes 24 hours a day, takes 3 to 5 minutes and is included in the price.
During the winter months (October to March) the shuttle bus is not available and you'll need to take a taxi to the airport. Alternatively, you can walk to the terminal in around 20 minutes.

Once you've collected your luggage, make your way to the Arrivals Hall. Turn left between the information desk and the Spar shop, where you catch the bus back to the car park.

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period of 6 hours at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £15 per day, which is subject to change.
