What to expect

When you arrive at Offsite Park and Ride

When you arrive at the car park and pull up to the entry barrier which will lift automatically. Drive in and park in one of the lanes directly in front of you.

Make sure you have your booking confirmation to show. Wait in your car for one of the parking team to greet you and give you a ticket - keep this safe as you'll need it to leave the car park.

The car park team will direct you into the parking area on the gravel patch. Once you've parked, catch the shuttle bus to the airport – it takes around 10 minutes to get to the terminal building.

On your return to Cardiff

When you get back, leave the Arrivals Hall, head to the red bus stop at the front of the terminal and catch the shuttle bus to the Offsite Park and Ride car park.

When you're ready to leave the car park, drive to the automatic exit barrier with your booking confirmation and ticket. One of the team members will greet you before you leave, so all that's left to do is drive home.
