When you arrive at Long Stay
When you arrive, make sure you are in the car you made your booking with. As you approach the entry barrier, don't take a ticket as a camera will read your number plate and the barrier will raise. If this doesn't happen, press the assistance button for help.
Then, you can walk to the terminal in 3-5 minutes.

On your return to Cardiff
On leaving the car park, drive up to the exit barrier where the camera will read your number plate and confirm your stay. The barrier will then raise so you can leave the car park. If there are any problems, press the assistance button for help.
Important Information
- If you're delayed coming back, you'll need to pay for the extra parking before you go at the car park's normal rate. The amount you'll be charged will be based on the calculated difference tracked by the cameras at the car park and will display on the screen by the exit barrier.
This is more expensive than the price you pay when you book with us. If you come back early, unfortunately we can't give you a refund for the time you've not used.

- What about any accessibility requirements?Long Stay Car Park 1 has no disabled facilities. We recommend taking a look at the Meet and Greet which is more accessible for those with reduced mobility.
- Is there a maximum car size?Long Stay Car Park 1 does not accept trailers.
- What security measures are in place?The car park is protected by CCTV, entry and exit barriers and a fence, and regularly patrolled.

- Leave the M4 at Junction 33 onto the A4232.
- Continue along the A4232, following signs to Cardiff Airport.
- Take the third exit on the large roundabout onto the A4050.
- Continue along the A4050 and take the second exit at the roundabout.
- Proceed along the A4050 until you see another roundabout, take the second exit onto the A4226.
- Take the second exit at the next roundabout and continue along the A4226.
