What to expect
When you arrive at Silver Zone car park at Bristol Airport
For vehicles under 2.1m: Use the left-hand lane when you enter the car park. The barrier will lift automatically after 5 seconds. Continue through the Auto Scanner without stopping - there's a 5mph restriction in place.
For vehicles over 2.1m: Use the entry barrier to the right of the Auto Scanner. Press the help button and give your booking reference to the operator who will authorise your entry and raise the barrier. Your vehicle condition inspection will be done before your vehicle is parked.
Drive to the barrier, where your number plate will be recognised and your car will be photographed. Make your way to the Drop Off car park, choose a bay and make a note of your bay number. Head to the Self Service check-in at reception and have your confirmation email and bay number ready - you'll need to drop off your keys here. Follow the instructions on the screen and you'll be given a green ticket, which you'll need to collect your keys when you return. Your car will be moved to a secured on-site location.
From the car park, take the shuttle bus to the airport. It takes 7-9 minutes and runs every 15 minutes, 24 hours a day. The journey is included in the price.

Get the shuttle bus from the terminal back to the car park.
At the car park, go to the Collection area. Hand over the green receipt you got when you arrived and you'll be given your keys. Follow signs to the exit and the barrier should raise automatically. If the barrier doesn't raise, press the intercom button for help.
