What to expect

When you arrive at Maple Parking Meet and Greet

Call the car park 15-20 minutes before you arrive on 01212 273 338. Enter option 1.

Stay in the right-hand lane when you arrive at Birmingham International Airport and follow it all the way to 'Valet Parking customers only'. Go through the barrier and take a ticket. Park in the designated Maple Parking bays and hand the ticket to your Maple Parking driver.

The Maple Parking driver will be wearing a Maple Parking high-vis jacket and carrying ID. They'll take your keys and park your car for you in a secured car park while you walk to the terminal.

On your return to Birmingham

When you get back, collect your luggage and call Maple Parking to let them know you're back on 01212 273 338. Enter option 1.

Due to time restrictions in the car park you must be at the collection point within 10 minutes of your call, or you may have to pay extra charges at the exit barrier.

If you are returning earlier than the date or time you have given, we must let Maple parking know 24 hours in advance to avoid any delays.

Follow the signs to 'Valet Parking', as you exit the terminal building. Your vehicle will be returned to the designated Maple Parking bays. A uniformed chauffeur will return your vehicle.

From time to time the meeting point may change at short notice. The car park will let you know when you call if this will affect you.

Important Information

Government regulations require passengers at the airport to wear a face covering. Remember to bring a face covering and have it on before you get there. You'll need one for each member of your party.

It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle's road tax is valid, it holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, Maple Parking won't be able to drive it to the car park, and you also won't be able to get a refund.

If you get back early, call Maple Parking as soon as you can. They need as much notice as possible to get your car ready so you aren't kept waiting. You won't get a refund for any unused parking time.

Don't forget to print your booking confirmation and take it with you as the car park will need to see this when you arrive.

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £10. This is subject to change.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles, minibuses or vehicles with 8 or more seats) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.1m barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).   • What about any Accessibility Requirements?
    This parking service is perfect for disabled customers as there's no need to get a transfer bus.
  • Is there a maximum car size?
    The airport's drop-off point cannot fit vehicles higher than 7 feet, minibuses, high-sided vehicles, mobile homes, lorries, caravans or trailers. Maple parking can only take cars that fit into a standard size parking space, which is 2.4m x 4.8m. You'll be charged extra if your car is too large.   • What Security Measures are in place?
    The car park where your car will be stored is protected by CCTV, a high fence, entry and exit barriers, floodlighting and regular patrols.
