When you arrive at Car Park 7
Drive up to the barrier, this will lift automatically. If there are any problems getting into the car park, press the button for assistance.
Once you've unloaded your luggage drop your keys in at reception and take the included shuttle bus to the terminal. It runs every up to 4 times an hour, takes 10-15 minutes and is included in the price.

On your return to Birmingham
Take the shuttle back to the car park to collect your car. Head to reception to collect your keys and drive towards the exit of the car park where the barrier will automatically lift.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.15m barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).
Make sure you've given us the registration of the car you will be parking or you could be charged twice for your stay. If this isn't possible, please give us a call before you travel.
