When you arrive at Car Park 5
Drive up to the barrier where your car registration will be automatically recognised. If there are any issues at the barrier press the intercom button for help. Then, park in any space and keep hold of your keys while you're away.
The car park's shuttle bus will take you to the airport. It runs every 10 minutes 24 hours a day, takes 2 minutes and is included in the price.

On your return to Birmingham
Catch the shuttle bus back to the car park to collect your car. Drive to the exit barrier where your car will be recognised and the barrier will lift automatically.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.15m barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).
Make sure you've given us the registration of the car you will be parking or you could be charged twice for your stay. If this isn't possible, please give us a call before you travel.
If you overstay your parking, you will need to pay the additional charges at the payment exit lane.

- What about any accessibility requirements?Bays reserved for blue badge holders are available and work on a first come first served basis. You'll need to display your badge while you're away or fill in a form at the customer service desk and you will be provided with a temporary permit to display.
