When you arrive at JetParks
Pull up to the car park's barrier – it will read your number plate and open for you. If you have any problems, press the button to talk to the parking team, but make sure you don't push the button to take a ticket as you'll be charged again.
Drive to an open parking zone, park in any space and keep your keys. When you're ready, walk to the nearest bus stop and catch the included shuttle to the terminal. It runs every 20 minutes, 24 hours a day, and takes 15 to 20 minutes.

On your return to Stansted
Catch the bus back to the car park from where it dropped you off. Get off at your bus stop and walk back to your car – it'll be exactly where you left it.
Then drive to the exit barrier – it'll lift automatically. If the barrier doesn't open, press the button to speak to someone at the car park.

Important Information
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period of 6 hours at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £45 per day, which is subject to change.
Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).

- What about any accessibility requirements?The shuttle bus is wheelchair friendly, and there are Blue Badge bays. These are first come, first served, and you'll need to display your badge while you're away.
