When you arrive at Short Stay 2
Take a ticket at the entry barrier, which will lift to let you though. If the barrier doesn't lift please don't insert your credit or debit card into the barrier at any time, as you'll be charged for your parking again.
Park in any space and keep hold of your keys while you're away. From there, the terminal is a short walk away. Make sure you keep your ticket somewhere safe, as you'll need it when you come back.

On your return to Newcastle
Once you've collected your luggage, make the short walk back to the car park. When you get back to the car park, just get in your car and drive to the barrier. Put your ticket into the barrier and it will let you out. If you have any problems, just press the help button on the machine to talk to a member of staff.
Important Information
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £12 per day, which is subject to change.
