When you arrive at Meet and Greet - Flexible
When you arrive at the Fast Track car park turn right and park at the meeting point, next to the pedestrian ramp. A member of the team will be waiting to meet you and will check your car for marks and give you a receipt before you go. It is then a short walk to the terminal.
On your return to Newcastle
After you've got your luggage, simply head outside the terminal and turn immediately right towards the meeting point in the Fast Track car park. Your car will be waiting for collection at that point.

Meet and Greet parking is not suitable for vans or vehicles with 8 seats or more.

- What about any accessibility requirements?This is brilliant for those who are disabled as there are no transfers to worry about, just let Meet and Greet know when you confirm your booking. The Fast Track car park where you'll be met has a small ramp that allows you access to the terminal, however rest assured this is the closest car park to the terminal.
- Is there a maximum car size?No mobile homes, lorries or caravans are permitted even if multiple spaces are booked.
- What security measures are in place?While you are on holiday your car will be parked on site at Newcastle airport, in a secured location with CCTV. This car park has also been awarded the Park Mark, which means that you're parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment.
