When you arrive at Stress-Free Meet and Greet
You should call the car park on 07584 095985 when you are about 20 minutes from the airport. Your chauffeur will meet you in the Short Term car park outside the terminal.
At the entrance barrier, you'll need to press the button and take a ticket. You will need to give this to your chauffeur so he or she can get out of the car park.
Your chauffeur will meet you at the meeting point just after the barrier, on the right. He or she will be wearing a Stress Free Parking uniform. Your chauffeur will check your car for damage, then you can just walk to check-in.
If you're running late or early, please let the car park know as soon as possible.

On your return to Luton
Just give the car park a call on 07584 095 985 once you've collected your luggage. Stress-Free Meet and Greet will bring your car to the Short Term car park. Unfortunately, you will have to pay £1 to get out of the car park - £4.50 if your car is parked there for longer than 15 minutes. So make sure you don't call until you're ready to pick it up.
