When you arrive at Imagine Outdoor Meet and Greet
You will need to ring the Imagine on 07817 549 010 or 01514 867 247 20 minutes before your estimated time of arrival at the drop-off area at the airport which will be written on your confirmation.
When you arrive a representative will be there to collect your vehicle and get your signature on the Meet and Greet booking form. You can then make your way to the terminal to check in.

On your return to Liverpool
On your return ring Imagine on 07817 549 010 or 01514 867 247 after you have collected your luggage and your vehicle will be returned by one of the Imagine drivers to the same drop off area as you arrived.
There is a £5 charge at the exit barriers as you leave the airport.

Important Information
You'll need to pay a £5 entry fee and a £5 exit fee to the car park, totalling £10.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period until midnight on the date you have booked at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £7.50 per day. This is subject to change. If you pick your car up early, we can't give you a refund.
Don't forget to print your booking confirmation and take it with you as the car park will need to see this when you arrive.
Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).

- What about any accessibility requirements?The car park offers an upgrade to its Meet and Greet service for disabled customers. For disabled customers who may have difficulties boarding our shuttle bus transfer a member of our team will transfer you to the terminal in your own vehicle. Please report to reception on your arrival.
- Is there a maximum car size?If you are looking to park a larger-than-average vehicle, please call us on 0800 093 5478 and one of our team will contact the car park to confirm whether it can be accommodated.
- What security measures are in place?While you're away, your car will be stored in a secured car park that is manned at all times and has CCTV in use. Staff patrol the car park regularly with guard dogs. The car park has been awarded with the Park Mark safety certification by the police. Comprehensive insurance for movement of vehicles. You park at your own risk.
