What to expect

When you arrive at Purple Parking Park and Ride T5

When you arrive at the car park, follow signs for 'Car Drop Off'. Go into reception to hand in your keys, then take the included shuttle bus to your terminal, which runs regularly and takes 12-30 minutes. Shuttle buses run from 4am to 11.40pm. If you need to get to or from the car park outside these times you'll need to pay for a taxi.

On your return to Heathrow

You'll be given full details of what to do when you get back upon your arrival at the car park. For the shuttle bus, you need to go bus stop 30.

Important Information

The car park runs a shuttle bus to terminals 2, 3 and 5.

Buses run every 20 minutes from 4am until 11.40pm and take 12-30 minutes. Staff are at the car park 24/7, so if you arrive between 1am and 4am your car can be released. If your car is parked for over 16 days it may be moved to Purple Parking's alternative secured site nearby.

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up to midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day. This is subject to seasonal change and you'll need to pay by card.

- Medium panelled or windowed vans such as a VW Transporter, VW Caddy, Ford Transit or short wheel based vehicles of any description.

- At the Jolly Waggoners roundabout turn right onto A4 (Bath Road towards Heathrow).
- Purple Parking Park and Ride Terminal 5 is approximately 1 mile along the A4 on the left, next door to the Premier Inn Hotel.

From the M4:
