What to expect

When you arrive at Purple Parking Park and Ride T5

When you arrive at the car park, a member of the Purple Parking team will direct you to the arrivals area to drop off your car. Go into reception to hand in your keys, then take the included shuttle bus to your terminal, which runs regularly and takes about 15 minutes. Buses run from 3.45am until 11.40pm. If you need to get to or from the car park outside these times you'll need to pay for a taxi.

On your return to Heathrow

You'll be given full details of what to do when you get back upon your arrival at the car park. For the shuttle bus, you need to go bus stop 30.

Important Information

The car park runs a shuttle bus to terminals 2, 3 and 5. Each bus has a dedicated terminal, so you'll need to make sure you get on the right one.

If you are using a satnav, make sure you use both the first line of the address and the postcode to find the correct car park:
First line of address - 17 Bath Road
Postcode - TW6 2AL

Buses run from 3.45am until 11.40pm. Staff are at the car park 24/7, so if you arrive between 1am and 3.45am your car can be released. If your car is parked for over 16 days it may be moved to Purple Parking's alternative secured site nearby.

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up to midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £10 per day. This is subject to change and you'll need to pay by card.

Purple Parking Park and Ride cannot accept:
- Commercial vehicles or mini buses of any variant.
- Single or double cab pickup trucks such as Ford Ranger, Toyota Hilux or Nissan Navara
- Medium panelled or windowed vans such as a VW Transporter, VW Caddy, Ford Transit or short wheel based vehicles of any description.
- Large panelled or windowed vans such as a Mercedes Sprinter, VW Crafter, Renault Master, Ford Transit or long wheel based vehicles of any description.
- Any vehicles over 2.15m high.
- Failure to comply to the above, you will be charged an additional £25 per day.

From the M25:
- Leave the motorway at Junction 15 and join the M4 signposted to London.
- Leave the M4 at Junction 3 and follow the A312 towards Hounslow / Feltham.
- At the Jolly Waggoners roundabout turn right onto A4 (Bath Road towards Heathrow).
- Purple Parking Park and Ride Terminal 5 is approximately 1 mile along the A4 on the left, next door to the Premier Inn Hotel.

From the M4:
