When you arrive at I Love Meet and Greet - all terminals
When you're 10 minutes away from Gatwick, call the car park on 01293 824 221 and press option 1. Once you've parked, a uniformed driver will come to meet you. You'll need to leave your car keys on the roof of the car for the driver to collect at a 2m distance. You'll car will then be driven to a secured site while you walk the 2-minute journey to check-in.
On your return to Gatwick
Once you've landed, pick up your bags and call 01293 824 221 and press option 1 again. Then, head to the same drop-off area as before, where you'll be greeted by your driver and have your car given back to you.
There is a no-waiting policy at the terminal parking area, so on your return, make sure you're ready to pick up your car before you call the car park.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles/not more than 9 seats/not taxis) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m). There's no height restriction.
Returning to a different terminal? Don't worry. Let the car park know when you arrive and your car will be brought back to another terminal free of charge.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up to midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £10 per day. This is subject to change.

- Follow the signs to ‘Passenger drop off' at the North Terminal - you'll need to use the postcode RH6 0PJ in your satnav.
- Keep in the right hand lane, head to the far end and pull into the lay by on the left hand side outside the Premier Inn.
- Park in a space outside the Premier Inn hotel, where you'll be met by an I Love Meet and Greet driver.
