Mid Stay 2 - East Midlands

Drive up to the entry barrier and wait for the machine to read your number plate - this can take up to a minute. If nothing happens, press the button marked "assistance" so you can speak to a member of staff through the intercom. Don't insert your credit or debit card into the barrier at any point or you will be charged again for your parking, and don't press the ticket button, as this will stop you being able to gain entry.

Once you're through the barrier find a space and keep your keys. Then just walk to the terminal - it takes 5-7 minutes.

Once you've walked back to your car, drive to the exit barrier which will lift to let you out - this can take up to a minute. If it doesn't, press the button marked "assistance" and a member of staff will let you out. Don't insert your credit or debit card into the barrier at any point or you will be charged again for your parking.

Early or late? The car park offers a 6 hour grace period at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day, which is subject to change.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).
