When you arrive at ShortRun by Airparks
Pull up at the barrier of the car park and one of the ShortRun team will come to your window to confirm your details. They'll tell you where to park and give you a receipt with information on what to do when you get back from holiday. Make sure you keep this safe. They'll then open the barrier and let you in.
Once you've parked, head to the bus stop and let the driver help you with your luggage then drop you off at the airport. Buses run on demand 24 hours a day, take 5 minutes and are included in the price.

On your return to Birmingham
Head to bus stop A, where you were dropped off to catch the bus. You'll then be dropped off in the zone where you parked your car, so there's only a short distance to walk. They'll help you with your luggage again.
Important Information
If you need a Blue Badge space add a comment to your booking, and call the car park directly 24 hours before you go, so they can make sure there is space or try and get you as near as possible to where you get the bus.
Vehicles with a taxi license plate can be parked on-site, but cannot use the Return Greet or Meet and Greet services offered by Airparks.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £15 a day. This is subject to change.

If your vehicle is bigger than the maximum (around the size of a Range Rover Sport), take a look at our Larger Vehicles package. The car park can't accept any high-sided vehicles, minibuses, mobile homes, lorries, caravans, trailers or vehicles larger than the maximum.

- What about any accessibility requirements?ShortRun have 6 disabled spaces which are on a first come, first served basis (you do not have to leave a copy of your blue badge). If a blue badge space is required, then please add a comment to your booking, but you will also need to call the car park directly on 0121 794 2600, 24 hours before, so they can make sure there is space or try and get you as near as possible to where you get the bus.
