Novotel easy to find and staff superb. Good room and parking. Hoppa bus to airport. BAD part. The bus for the return no longer leaves from the point indicated on my booking sheet, but from a different place altogether! We waited a very long time before an Avis van driver stopped to ask what we were doing standing at the bus stop- still marked on the wall outside terminal 3. He told us where to find the bus. So the journey back to Novotel took 1.30 hours and that was after a day of travel which had started 15 hours previously, and before our 3hour drive home. Somebody should have told us of this change.
the hopper bus service is very bad and sometimes does not turn up and the hotel staff not very helpful missed my flight on the 9th DEC had to wait 12 hrs for evening flight
Very easy booking process - the hotel is very well placed just off M4/M25 - with plenty of holiday parking. Hotel has all amenities , staff are very helpful and breakfast was good.
