When you arrive at Blue Circle Meet and Greet T2
Head to the Blue Circle Parking Desk opposite 'Row B'. You'll need to give them your booking confirmation, car keys and your return flight information. Then take the short walk to the terminal.
On your return to Heathrow
When you've collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call Blue Circle on 07432781575 or 07432781553, then make your way to the same place you dropped your car off; Level 4 of the Short Stay car park where your car will be waiting in row B, next to the lift/pay machines.
You'll have 15 minutes to exit the car park once your vehicle has been returned to you. Any longer than 15 minutes and you'll need to pay extra when you leave the car park.

Important Information
From 29th August 2023 London's Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ) will expand to include Heathrow. You may need to pay the daily ULEZ charge when driving through Heathrow – make sure you check before you travel.

Blue Circle is only available to take and return cars between 4am and 12 midnight.
During bank holidays, there may be some changes in how the parking works. Blue Circle will tell you about this if it affects you.
Make sure you don't enter the terminal forecourt as you'll be charged. Just head straight to the Short Stay car park where you drop off / collect your car.
Returning to a different terminal? Your car will be dropped off and collected from Terminal 2. If you're returning to a different terminal, call the car park directly the day before your booking starts, to let them know and give your return flight number. If you don't, you will not be able to change terminals.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up to midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £15 per day. This is subject to change.

- What about any accessibility requirements?The service is ideal for disabled passengers as you will be met at the Short Stay car park near the terminal and there's no need to take a transfer. But note that adapted vehicles cannot be accepted for safety reasons.
- What security measures are in place?Your car will be stored at the Blue Circle car park - it has security fencing, CCTV, entry and exit barriers, security lighting and 24-hour security.

When you're 30 minutes away from the airport give the car park a call on 07432781575 or 07432781553 to let them know you're on your way. There's a designated Blue Circle desk in the short stay car park where friendly chauffeurs will be waiting to accept your car.
- Leave the M25 at junction 15, following signs for Terminals 1, 2 and 3 all the way round following onto Western Perimeter Road.
- Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area to Terminals 1, 2 and 3.
- When you exit the tunnel keep right, passing the central bus station and joining the final approaches to Terminal 2 on Cosmopolitan Way.
- Keep right again as the road to Terminal 2 will move away from building, before turning back as the road ramps up to Terminal 2 Departures and the Short Stay 2 car park on Constellation Way.
- Continue to keep right up the ramp, as it will lead directly into the Short stay car park entry barriers.
- Choose lane 6 towards the ticket machine, which will take you to Level 4 of the Short Stay.
- Take the barrier ticket and enter the carpark.
- Once you have entered the car park keep right for Level 4 following the signs for Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet.
- Park your vehicle in "Row B". Opposite this row will be the Blue Circle Parking Desk, where you'll need to give them your booking confirmation, car keys and your return flight information.
- From there, take the short walk to the terminal.
