Liverpool airport has just celebrated eighty years of service.
In 2002 the airport changed its name to Liverpool John Lennon Airport (JLA) in memory of one of it’s most loved and remembered citizens.
Currently over five million passengers pass through its doors. Passengers can fly to several destinations including Barbados, Turkey, Malta and Denmark, along with other popular European destinations.
At present Easyjet, Flybe, Norwegian Air, Wizz Air and Ryanair operate regular flights to and from JLA. Tour operators Barbados Caribbean Cruise Deals and Discover Jersey providing holidays.
The airport has a great selection of shops and restaurants and ServisAir currently operate a premier executive lounge called Aspire Premium Lounge which is open to all passengers and is pre bookable, but be warned no football shirts allowed!
