Long stay parking

Long stay parking will save you money if you’re travelling for more than a couple of days. You can choose from one of four options:

North Terminal

There are two long stay car parks if you’re flying from the north terminal: long stay north terminal and summer special parking Gatwick.

Long stay North Terminal

This is a self-park, where you take your keys with you once you’ve parked up. A transfer bus runs 24-hours a day and takes just five minutes to get to the South Terminal.

Summer special parking Gatwick

Operating all year round (despite its name) the summer special car park offers Gatwick parking at its best. You simply park at the reception check-in and hop on one of the regular shuttle buses to the airport. While you’re gone a member of staff will park your car for you. The shuttle bus runs 24-hour a day, leaves every 10 to 20 minutes and takes a mere five minutes to get to the North Terminal.

South Terminal

Two long stay car parks that service Gatwick’s South Terminal.

Long stay South Terminal

You park and take your keys with you in this self-park car park. The bus to then takes you to the South Terminal in a journey taking only 5 mins.

Long Stay Plus

Just leave your car and keys in the reception area and your car will be parked for you. Then hop on the bus for the four-minute bus ride to the South Terminal. The long stay plus car park is open between April and October for stays of five days or more.

Short stay parking 

Whichever terminal you’re flying from, the Gatwick short stay car park is conveniently situated between the two. There’s no transfer bus to catch, you just walk across the link to your terminal. This car park has won the prestigious Park Mark Award.

Valet Parking

good service

Overall found service very good. Only downside quite a long queue waiting to book cars in and only 1 person on desk other than that car was waiting for us just behind receotion upon our return and receptionist was very polite even if it was 2.30am.

Good service

We used the Summer Special car park. Easy to find once approaching Gatwick. Bus quick but stopped a long way from terminal. On return we arrived at Gatwick abd went to Gatwick after a 6 hour delay we proceeded to the stop where we were dropped a week earlier. We could not find a sign for the Summer Special but flagged down the bus. Driver told us he shouldn't really pick us up as we were at the wrong stop. Glad he did as we would have had no idea where we should have been.

I experienced a very smooth journey. When we arrived there was a bus waiting to go to the airport, so we was there in around 5 minutes. Return journey was also smooth. Would use again.

Perfection

Stayed at the Hilton the night before everything was great we did the twilight checkin so only had to walk through to departure lounge. Unfortunately my husband was not well whilst away and we had to change our flights we had to stay an extra 5 days I rang the number for the parking and was told not to worry everything would be taken care of and it was we landed back rang them when we cleared customs and our car was delivered to the meet and greet as a good will gesture they did not charge us for the extra 5 days. Pleasure to use this firm will defiantly use again.

Arrived about 2 hours early as we weren't sure about traffic on a Friday. I was not sure how the staff would take it as we were so early. They just heard we travelled from Norfolk and were happy to book us in. Our returned flight was late so we got to the car parking late. Again, no problem. Very happy.

Reception staff could have been more receptive. It seemed such an effort to attend to us.When dropped off we was told that this bus stop would be the same for pick-up.After waiting for ten minutes we see our bus pull out from behind another and go straight passed us, even after standing in the road requesting him to stop. We then missed another one. Why? Because they were stopping at No. 8, not 6 where we were dropped off. No signs to inform us of this.Not the most pleasant of experiences at 12.30 in the morning. Also too far from airport. Will not be using again.

Oh dear, let's see how this goes

To start with, vehicle check in and return process all went well. However, vehicle sustained 2 areas of damage whilst in their care. At the moment, this is "under investigation" and so I can't comment on the outcome of handling of that part. What I can say is, when we reported it to the parking supervisor, he was not concerned or bothered, nor was he interested in seeing the damage. He just wrote down an email address on a torn bit of paper and instructed us to take photos and email them on. The two communications with the responder on that email address have not been great. The responder clearly giving me the sense that this is common and simply will let me know if they can prove that the damage was done by them. I'm not hopeful put it that way. Just for balance, I've used many similar parking services before and in the one previous case that my vehicle was damaged, the company dealt with it very differently. They knew it had been damaged, they advised me before I'd even got the vehicle back. They had a clear process on claiming and the vehicle was repaired a few weeks later. I don't feel very good about the handling of this company so far but I'll update as and when the claim is concluded. My advice... Take clear photos/video of the condition of your vehicle at the point that you hand over the keys to them.
